Must Try: The White Album at Speedy Romeo
For fans of a white pizza, The White Album is the perfect pizza for you. With roasted garlic, ricotta, provel, pecorino and béchamel, this pizza is truly everything a white pizza should be. Another option: The Dangerfield. This pizza is made with bèchamel, pork-veal meatballs, ricotta, basil, and garlic chips. Make sure you make a reservation, though–– it gets crowded in the evenings.
